Love these items from Three Potato Four. I'm invisioning them used for the sign in table, refreshment table, or the escort card table.

This table from Anthropologie is a cool table for the sign in table. It's super pricey but would love to find something similar to this at a swapmeet and distress it myself.
I like this idea of finding an old cabinet with clear glass doors and painting the back walls of it a different contrasting color. This could be used for either the sign in table and the programs could be placed on the shelves with the doors remaining open. It could also be used behind the bar as a display for the different types of bottles of alcohol.
The next two are great distressed sign in tables or escort card tables. They could also be used as neither but serve as an interesting visual with some flowers on top and drawers overflowing with greenery.

I'm trying to think of ideas for the sign in/program table and the escort card table. I've always loved vintage card catalogs. We could open drawers where the programs can be tucked in and others where flowers and moss could be flowing out of.
Ebay and Craigslist have some options but it'll take some scouring to find the perfect one. Instead of renting one, we could use the card catalog afterwards in our home too!
